Over the garden wall (which I had not seen until you mentioned in a previous post) Classic!!!
I feel you on the election. I voted three weeks ago and decided to working as a voting clerk to give me a away to channel my anxiety. For the past three days and it’s been an inspiring experience to see how many people from so many walks of life come out and really care about voting. Highly recommend everyone does it at least once, so they can see how awesome democracy is when its citizens participate. I feel much better seeing the system in action.
Volunteering to be a voting clerk is one of those things I'd never even know was something I could do, but I totally see how that would be super empowering.
Well shit I really want to do that now!!!
Thank you so much for sharing this with me, that really sounds so positive and powerful.
How did you go about volunteering? Was it something you signed up for online?
I kind of tried something new this time and just let myself do one-off doodles that aligned with my words as I wrote them and it was a much nicer process than what I've done previously, which is overworking ideas into the ground on my iPad, hahaha.
I mostly called her Funderberger(?) but I straight up got this frog costume for the photo-only because we went out and she stayed in with the grandparents, heh.
I'm trying to remember the other names, I feel like there was a presidential name in there...

Thank you so much, Appleton! <3
I'm definitely hoping to make a positive impact locally, at least!
I don't feel very capable in the large-scale state of things, I just want to help where I can and foster more community.
I do feel an extra incentive to try harder at least.
Hope you're doing well too, buddy.
Love the chart and costumes!!
Thank you so much, Leah!!
